Each month of this year develop one new habit

Each month of this year develop one new habit. Make it simple and doable. At the end of each month decide on a new habit for the next month and continue doing the existing habit. At the end of the year 12 habits will be developed. All of these habits will be written down and be simple enough that I can verify if they have been done. Experts say that most actions take at least 21 days to become habits so a month should be ample time for it to become routine.
Use travel time productively.

Eat the frog

Select the task that you will procrastinate on it most, probably the A1 task, and prepare your desk the night before, then the first thing you will do in the morning before talking, discipline myself to start working on that task and stay there until it’s done. This is eating the frog in the morning as you do the worst task that you are most likely to procrastinate on in the morning.  It will became a habit in the long run.

Single Handling

Select a task, work on it until it’s done. You will then decrease the amount of time necessary.
This will motivate you to advance further ! You will get an endorphin rush, you feel eager to start on another task.
Take an action step toward the attainment of at least one goal every day.

Prioritize

Set prioritize : think about the potential consequence of doing and not doing it.
A  : will have major consequence if done or not done
B : little consequences that will not last;
C : no consequence

D item delegate, delegate everything possible
I eliminate tasks, eliminate low value tasks

Never do a A item when a  B item is not done, a c item only if  done
free, free, free time and tasks

Prioritize A1, A2 ,A3, do A1 and do only A2 if A1 is done.

 

Do It Now

Work in real time, do it now, make decisions quickly, don’t delay on them, complete all quick tasks, every thing that take less than 2 minutes, move quickly and do it now. Do things when they come up. Keep your life in Balance.

Separate the urgent from the important

Important & urgent
important But not urgent : exercise, spend time with family, term
urgent not important : casual conversation, a friend that drop-> useless activities, reading newspaper,
always ask what are the long term consequences, what will happen if I didn’t do it at all ?

Zero Base thinking

Ask yourself is there anything I’m doing today (relationship, invest) knowing what you know now, will not do it from the Beginning.
Continue a course of tasks that are the wrong for you. Is there anything you’re doing today, knowing what you know now, you wouldn’t start up again today if you had the opportunity.
Next question will be : how do I get out of this now?

Discontinue lower activities

Look at your life, what are things you should stop doing so you can do other valuable tasks : Internet, sleeping.
Discontinue lower values activities. When I get overload with work stop take a deep breath and say : all I can do is all I can do. Then set a list of things you have to do. The word no can Be the Best time saver sometime.

Keep your life in Balance

Relationship are everything.
The keys are : set your happiness as your highest priority. Create Block of time to socialize.
Put people first.
Don’t mix them up.

Plan everything carefully.

Clarity, start each project with a clear definition of the ideal goal to achieve.
Then set every task you need for the JOB, organize priority.

Be intensively action oriented

Only action is action, only execution, only getting the JOB done really matters. Results are everything.
You are going to move fast when an opportunity present itself.
