How to find good ppl ?

Ask your mentor or your master mind group. Don’t hire people that don’t have a trackrecord. You’ll most of the time be disappointed. If you want to write 100 articles, hire 5 different writer each for 3 articles, to see who’s best at doing the job.

Rules of effective Delegation

1. Clarify the task in your own mind :
What’s to be done and why ?
When is it to be done by ?
START FROM THE END, FROM THE RESULT.

2. Delegate to the right person

3. Assign a specific deadline for each task : realistic and urging

4. Communicate orally and in writing what you need.

5. Ask people to provide progress report. ‘How you’re doing ?’. Don’t just come and say "so did you finish the project ?’.

6. Empower the employee, let them make some mistakes, trust people to do well, don’t look over their shoulder each second. When they come with a problem, I ask them "what would you do ?’

7. Give praise and feedback

The Doofus Test

If you’re hiring someone full time, you can make him pass the doofus test.

Ask your candidate to provide you with an article in 24 hours even if you don’t need them to see if they’re be able to deal with urgency in the future. If he refuse, I’ll just move on. He didn’t pass the Doofus test.

• Build your business as if you are going to sell it or franchise it.
• Work on your business not in your business (you shouldn’t do everything yourself)
• Your business must have a system.
  McDonald is a perfect business sytem, they have systemized every aspect of the business
  same experience at any other McDonald around the country.
