Cheer up! This is the final step we need to undergo before getting your website up and running. Reaching this step means that you had already choose a hosting account and a domain name. If not, please return to the two previous steps "Getting" and "ggg.
What’s HTML ?
The webpage you are now seeing (This one!) is written in a computer language called HTML. To see what the HTML of this page look like, click with the right button here and choose "View Page Source".
You will soon learn to understand and write in this language, but hey don’t feel depressed 
! Will you be relieved if I tell you that I created this webpage by only knowing some basic stuff in HTML ?
In fact, we don’t need to know much HTML as we will be using free HTML editor with a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) approach. Creating a website is as easy as writing your report in Microsoft Word or Wordpad. In fact, you can create webpage with Microsoft Word, but this is highly unadvisable as it will create very bad and unusable HTML code.

Using Free HTML Editor : How To Create Your Website For Nothing
As a beginner, it’s advisable to start with free HTML editor and not invest right away in paid one. But don’t think that free means low quality. You can find very good free HTML editor that will do most of the job their paid pairs can do.
I recommand NVU as it’s my tool of choice when it comes to edit webpage.
Now that you’ve downloaded your NVU copy and you opened the editor, your first contact will be a scarscome white page! My friend, it’s time to start creating your website. Experiment, experiment and experiment! That’s the only way of learning it : by doing.
You can also get some ready made graphic template for your site. My french site http://www.trouvertravail.com (bonjour!) was built using a template I bought from TemplateMonster and modified to suit my needs. In my opinion, this is the cheapest and best way to create a professional looking site : TemplateMonster.
Of course, you can always hire a person to create your website, but that’s the most expernsive solution, and you certainly don’t want to call him each time you need to modify a tiny detail in your webpage. Even if you hire someone, learn a little bit of HTML.
