Top 10 list of what NOT to do in when it comes to your efforts to build and nurture real relationships :
1. STOP sending out blank holiday cards; they’re useless! If the point is to remind them that you’re thinking of them, personalize it by including an updated picture of yourself, your family, or adding a simple note about what you accomplished in 2005, and please – make those notes interesting!

Outsourcing is the new rage since the release of the 4H book. I have been outsourcing since 5 years and it allowed me to focus on the marketing side and not loose time on activities that anyone can do
What to outsource
- customer service and complain
- web design
- programming
- Article writing
- Traffic generation
How to find good ppl ?
Ask your mentor or your master mind group. Don’t hire people that don’t have a trackrecord. You’ll most of the time be disappointed. If you want to write 100 articles, hire 5 different writer each for 3 articles, to see who’s best at doing the job.

You’ll need to use Persuasion in your sales letter. Here’s a summary of most of the persuasion principles. Think about ways to apply this to your business to get even more customers.
Principle 1 : Reciprocation on concession
If you want people to accept to give you a favor, you start with a large request, one likely to be turned down. Then retreat to the lower offer.
Always start with the large request, if the answer is no, you can retreat to the second request.
Principle 2 : Scarcity
People want what they can’t have.

How to get even more knowledge faster ? First, accelerate your input of information. Second, choose materials to learn wisely. Third, accelerate your own tempo.
Accelerate your Input of Information
Audio Programs
For audio listening, use Foobar 2000 and the SoundTouch plug-in : http://pelit.koillismaa.fi/plugins/show.php?id=199
Set the tempo to 40% more or less depending on the speaker speed and your capacity to process.
Video programs
For video watching use Cyberlink PowerDVD or Gom Video Player. Gom Video Player is free and you can press B to bookmark a position, C to accelerate tempo and X to deaccelerate. You can set the speed to 1.5 or 2.

Each month of this year develop one new habit
Each month of this year develop one new habit. Make it simple and doable. At the end of each month decide on a new habit for the next month and continue doing the existing habit. At the end of the year 12 habits will be developed. All of these habits will be written down and be simple enough that I can verify if they have been done. Experts say that most actions take at least 21 days to become habits so a month should be ample time for it to become routine.
Use travel time productively.

Knowledge is powerful for your business. And you certainly need to get the knowledge and associate it with the action, but are you struggling with the amount of e-book that are in your waiting list?
I’ve struggled for years ! And I’ve tried everything : reading on desktops, on laptops. Tried every Reader on earth so I can get more comfort. Heck, I even bought two Palm only to read books.
Guess what, nothing of all this will replace a real book. Even if the software allows you to annotate and take notes, you won’t get the same feeling as real books! There is something great about having the book in your hand, feeling it, adding notes…Not a single electronic device can replace that!
